1. Start

To request business counseling, mentoring, or any form of business advice, or wish to attend a workshop, then please submit requests through our web-form. No walk-ins, please.

We will review your request and schedule an introductory call to discuss our no-cost service options for you.

Initial contact method is the same for start-up assistance, inquiry, and existing business.

2. Vetting

Once qualification requirements met, you will get prompted to complete our service request application online.

Our vetting process is the same for all clients  whether they seek a general business advice, counseling or a comprehensive business mentoring.

This step is very important to assure that we are only serving our target clients

3. On-boarding

Once you get approved for our services, we will add you to our CRM.

As part of the on-boarding process, you will get assigned a personalized custom sign-in portal. This is how we share, documents, resources, appointments, sessions, projects and more.

When it comes to data, we maintain a high level of security, safety, and confidentiality

4. Assessment

Upon the completion of sign-up, we schedule a session with you to understand your business start-up or existing business objectives, vision, strengths, weaknesses, capabilities, and more.

The goal is for us to understand your business needs-assessment.

The assessment or audit helps us understand and create a priority based mentoring roadmap.

5. Mentoring

Upon creating a custom mentoring roadmap, we take you through a combination of in-person and remote business mentoring sessions.

A business plan is like the SMEAC with a different learning curve. It's how you create a winning blueprint to start or grow a business.

All mentoring/counseling activities and progress will be tracked and recorded.

6. Collaboration

Collaboration is often the strength behind successes.  Our resource partners range from specialized government agencies and non-profits to lending institutions and private or corporate sectors.

As part of the mentoring process, you may get referred to one or more of our resource partners for additional expert advice or consultation at no cost.

We will continue to remain your primary mentoring source as we help you lead the way.

7. Economic Impact

What is the economic impact?

It's the effect of an event on the economy. Creating businesses creates opportunities to contribute to the local economy - generating economic impact.

When we help create businesses in collaboration with our resource partners, we will acknowledge and share economic impact credits with participating resource partners.

Every big business today once started small.
