The great state of Nevada has two air bases and one Navy base. The state has grown significantly in the recent decade with economic advancements, development, and migrations.

There are a few government funded organizations offering free business mentoring to anyone, including veterans. Additionally, the state has various government funded programs and non-profit initiatives dedicated to diversity.

But, there has been an absence of a designated Nevada-based entrepreneur and business development initiative just for veterans, reserve and transitioning military personnel.

PRIVATELY FUNDED NEVADA-BASED INITIATIVE

In the year 2020, InterAlliance LTD started drafting a plan to create a designated Nevada-based entrepreneur and business development initiative specifically for veterans, reserve and transitioning military personnel who want to start a business, and an existing business in need of counseling and growth mentoring.

In the year 2022, InterAlliance LTD created a designated entity “Nevada Veterans Business & Economic Development”, that successfully and collaboratively launched on April 13th, 2023.

We created a hybrid of in-person and online service deliverability with a solid technical foundation in the back end to build an effective operation to deliver efficiency.

We purchased rights to use various software apps with custom integration after investing significant time in conducting research, tests, and trials. This includes owning private-label tools such as our own private-label CRM, our-own private-label media streaming platforms, our own learning management systems (LMS), and several other tools with high-level data security and confidentiality.

What Makes us Different?

With a business model constructed ground-up, we deliver business development services custom to each veteran client. Each client will also have a custom portal for activities related to business counseling and mentoring during the course of his or her business coaching process and to maintain long-term client support.

The future roadmap also includes a veteran community platform and veteran-owned business referral marketplace for consumers and businesses to do business with veteran-owned businesses.

Nevada Veterans Business & Economic Development is a subsidiary of and funded by InterAlliance LTD.

InterAlliance offers various fee-based services, including business and operations development for the private sector.

InterAlliance's recent expansion of services include procurement and sourcing of suppliers to corporations (coming this year).

Service expansion also includes a fully-managed customized business development and mentoring platform with management support and training for organizations seeking to offer in-house business development services.
